REJECTION OF PURCHASED GOODS

You are entitled to reject the purchased Goods received in accordance with your order and obtain a refund when the purchased goods are not of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. Due to the nature of certain products (e.g. fragile Goods made of porcelain), our team will endeavor to ensure that such purchased Goods are in good condition before delivering them to you. Please check your purchased Goods (especially fragile Goods) and ensure that they are of satisfactory quality at the point of delivery and sign our delivery invoice to confirm they are in satisfactory condition.

Please raise any concerns you have with us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days upon delivery/collection. You are not entitled to any available remedies (including rejections, returns and exchanges) if you damaged the purchased Goods, misused it and caused the fault, or tried to repair it yourself or had someone else try to repair it and as a result, damaged the purchased Goods. All remedies are also not available if the fault was made known to you beforehand and you have accepted the faults before you purchase such goods.

Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, no refunds, exchanges or any other remedies will be available for purchased Goods that are by nature for personal use (e.g. towels, slippers) or have been used and are therefore not considered to be new and in their original condition.
